Steps

Attach the battery base to the bicycle with screws.

Attach the battery pack to the battery base.

Connect the battery converter to the bicycle controller.

Connect the battery to a power source and

Confirm that the battery is functional.

Please send us a photo of the battery's shape from before, or you can also tell us the battery's dimensions.

We'll need to take a photo of the discharge port to confirm the model.

Make sure the voltage is consistent and not mixed.

Check the battery body for voltage markings.

If the voltage can be confirmed on the battery body, please purchase it.

If the voltage cannot be confirmed, if the battery body has no label, please take a photo of the specifications on the back of the charger and send it to us. Our engineers will confirm.

If the battery body has no label or is missing, and you don't have a charger, you will need to check the controller and send us the controller specifications.

Note:

Upon receipt of the package, the battery must be fully charged immediately. If the battery is discharged, it must also be fully charged immediately.

If the battery is stored for more than two months, charge it for three hours every two months, turning off the battery switch. Do not connect the positive and negative terminals of the battery.
Do not expose the battery to high temperatures, such as from heating devices or direct sunlight.
Do not immerse the battery in any liquid.
Warning: Only qualified personnel should disassemble the battery.
Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
Do not use other chargers to charge the battery.
